FundStamp is operated by FiBase Inc.. If you are looking at a charge you do not recognize, start here — the answer is almost certainly in the first two paragraphs.
A charge you do not recognize
FundStamp does not charge the people who use it. A verification is a page a buyer of a business sends to a broker to prove they can afford a purchase, without emailing bank statements, and it is free — both by uploading statements and by connecting accounts. We ask for no payment method at any point.
So a charge on your statement naming FundStamp did not come from us. Contact your bank or card issuer and dispute it. Write to us as well, at the address below, with the date and amount: a charge using this name is something we want to know about even though it is not ours to reverse.
The charge may appear on a statement as FUNDSTAMP or as FiBase Inc., which is the company that operates it.
There is nothing to cancel
FundStamp asks for no payment method and stores none. There is no subscription, no renewal and no trial that ends. Your links keep working, and nothing about them lapses because you did not pay for something.
Deleting your account
Sign in, open your dashboard, and use Delete my account under “Your data”. It is immediate and irreversible — not a flag, not a queue, not a request to us. It erases your sign-in, every connected institution and balance, every figure, every link you have sent, and every confirmation a lender or investor gave about you. If you cannot sign in, email us from the address you signed up with and we will do it for you.
Everything else
Email support@fundstamp.com. One person reads that inbox, so replies come within one business day rather than instantly. Signed-in users can also use the Support link in the footer of any page, which sends the same message with the screen you were on attached.
Please do not email account numbers, statements, or anything you would not want in an inbox. We never need them: FundStamp never receives your full account numbers, and nobody here will ever ask for a password or a card number.
